Eva Air to launch daily Taipei-Da Nang flights
EVA Air, Taiwan’s leading independent airline, is set to launch daily non-stop flights connecting Taipei’s Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Da Nang International Airport (DAD) in Central Vietnam.
The new routes are due to launch on 21 December 2019 (schedules may change seasonally) Combined with EVA Air’s current three flights a day to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and two daily flights to Hanoi, the new Da Nang service offers passengers three convenient and popular gateways into Vietnam.
The new services are set provide business and leisure travellers with increased flexibility when planning their itineraries. EVA Air plans to serve the new Da Nang route with an Airbus A321-200 configured with 184 seats, eight in Business Class and 176 in Economy.
The flight time from Taipei to Da Nang is 2hrs 55mins, and the return is 2hrs 45m.
One of the country’s largest cities, Da Nang is a thriving economic hub located in the centre of Vietnam on the coast of the South China Sea at the mowth of the Han River. The city’s airport is the country’s third busiest.
