RCI shortlisted in The Travel Marketing Awards 2017
RCI is pleased to announce it has been shortlisted for an award in The Travel Marketing Awards 2017.
Nominated for the Best In-House Marketing Team, the award aims to recognise a Marketing or PR team which has successfully and creatively managed to raise the profile of an organisation, brand or product.
The Travel Marketing Awards reward the most original, creative, innovative and best performing campaigns over the past year, and seek to facilitate best practice within the industry.
RCI’s European & Middle East Marketing Team comprises of 46 staff, who are responsible for delivering the exchange organisation’s omni-channel marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, print, PR, online, social media and video channels.
All campaigns are produced in-house, from planning through to mailing, and many are produced in up to 17 languages.
Strategies and campaigns
For the award submission, RCI supplied examples of its marketing strategies for the EME region, in addition to reporting on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
Example creatives put forward for the award included the fresh-look and engaging RCI Welcome Series, RCI member magazine, Endless Vacation, as well as bespoke and localised marketing campaign collateral.

“Regardless of the outcome on awards night, the shortlisting is a testament to the hard work, dedication and innovative ideas that the team has invested in all our campaigns over the last year.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 14 March at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
