The new issue of RCI Ventures magazine for the EMEA region is now available, with the spotlight on the business of resort entertainment, in addition to the latest shared-holiday ownership trends and opportunities.
The big news in this issue is the appointment of Olivier Chavy, president, and Paul Mulcahy, managing director EMEA, who joined RCI Exchanges earlier this year. On page 16, you’ll discover their plans for shaping the company’s future and its portfolio of brands.
As any successful resort operation will attest, we are all in the business of entertainment. In order to deliver on this consistently, we must stand out from the crowd, exceeding in our abilities to service guests with the most memorable holiday experiences.
In our lead feature for this issue (page 7), we talk to a number of resorts with their fingers on the pulse when it comes to selling authentic entertainment and amenities to satisfy and delight resort guests.
Central to providing these once-in-a-lifetime encounters is the need to keep abreast of industry trends. One emerging trend is the use of physical robots and AI in the hospitality industry. See page 14 for how robots and humans are working more cohesively to deliver a better service experience.
