Flybe launches new ‘Close to You’ brand refresh
Flybe is starting 2018 by launching a brand refresh in order to better reflect the extent of its local presence.
The carrier operates more UK domestic flights than any other airline, something the new ‘Close to You’ branding is designed to reflect not only in the UK but across its mainland European network.
The airline has introduced the strengthened brand – which includes the ‘Close to You’ strapline to its marketing messaging – to better highlight its leading position and intent to continue providing unparalleled regional air travel.
Roy Kinnear, Flybe’s chief commercial officer, said: “Flybe specialises in bringing people together and, in this day and age, it is more important than ever for companies to establish a real personal connection with their customers.

Flybe is Europe’s largest regional airline and flies more UK domestic flights than any other airline – 53 per cent of all UK flights within mainland Britain.
The carrier currently operates 210 routes serving 15 countries from 81 departure points in the UK and Europe and is the largest scheduled airline by air traffic movements at Aberdeen, Belfast City, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Isle of Man, Jersey, Newquay and Southampton airports.
